摘    要:地理标志本质上属于经济学中的集体产品,是影响一个地区农产品价值的公共品牌。伴随着我国农业产业化的发展,各地区农产品的公共品牌建设重要性日益凸现,公共品牌的建设,能够提高当地农产品的附加值和竞争力。而我国正在兴起的农产品协会的职能就是对集体知识产权进行运营,采取措施来提高地方地理标志的知名度和含金量。

Abstract:The geographical indication belongs to the collective products in economics in essence. It is a public brand affecting the value of agricultural products in an area.With the development of agricultural industrialization of our country,the importance of public brand construction of agricultural products in every area is showed especially day by day.Constructing of public brand can improve the added value and competitiveness of local agricultural products.The function of the association of agricultural product which is rising in our country is to run the collective intellectual property right,and take measures to improve the popularity and the value of the local geographical indication.
