| 摘 要： | 网络语言作为介于口语和书面语之间的一种新语体，逐渐引起人们的关注。在我国，网络语言常常呈现出以汉语为主、英语为辅，糅合数字和字母的语码混杂状态。对网络语言这一特殊语言现象的特点和成因进行分析，认为社会文化语境为其形成提供可能条件，目的是取得幽默诙谐生动的修辞效果，经济省力原则是其产生的动力，而礼貌原则制约着网络语言中语码混杂的形式。
