科学发展观视角下价值观念的嬗变

改革开放以来，中国社会发展步入快车道，但社会发展的价值向度发生了一定的偏离。科学发展观与和谐社会执政理念的提出，社会发展在价值观念和价值追求上发生了巨大转变，突出地表现在由“物本”到“人本”，由“先富”到“共富”，由竞争到和谐，由分散到统筹、由“失调”到协调，由外援到自主，由效率到公平的转变。

An Observation of the Changes in Public Values in Vision of Scientific Outlook on Development

It is a fact that China's development has been on its expressway since the reform and opening-up.However,our value-orientation concerning social development suffers to some extent an aberration.With the adoptation of the vision of scientific development and concept of harmonious society,there comes a great change in concepts and pursuits concerning values,which manifests itself in such shifts as from material-centeredness to human-centeredness,from individualistic affluence to common well-being,from competition to harmony,from dispersion to unification,from dislocation to coordination,from foreign-aid dependence to self-reliance and from efficiency to fairness.
