| 摘 要： | 计算机与网络技术的发展,促进了作为信息社会基础工程的数字化图书馆的建设与发展。这里针对小型图书馆发展中面临的现实问题进行分析,并重点就小型图书馆的数字化建设应遵循的原则、总体设计与技术设计的实施方案,以及数据安全的策略等进行探讨,还对系统的效益及后续开发进行了预测,在此基础上提出了其功能完善和扩展的问题。

| Abstract: | The development of computer and network technology has promoted the construction and development of digitalized libraries, which are regarded as the infrastructure of information society. The problems small libraries are facing, the principles, the overall design, the conducting of technical designs and the strategy of data security in the digitalization of them are examined in this paper. Besides, predictions are made for the benefit of digitalized systems with discussions made on the perfection and extension of their functions. |
