摘    要:新西兰、澳大利亚发展国际教育贸易成功的重要经验,就是把教育纳入大经济、大产业社会发展的国策之中,为保障教育产业对国家发展的积极驱动和支持,制定专门的保障性法规和制度,以保证国际教育服务贸易健康有序地发展,并降低民办教育的经济与社会风险。

Abstract:Australia's and New Zealand's experience of developing international education trade is to include education in the national development strategy for economic and industrial development, to establish special backup regulations and institutions to ensure the boosting and supportive role of education for national development, which can effectively guarantee the healthy development of international education and reduce the economic and social risk of the private education.
