青岛市农民科技素质现状及提升对策

农民素质的高低影响着新农村建设的进程。青岛市农民的科技素质总体状况一般：大部分农民了解一定的科技知识但并不深入；虽能意识到科技的作用，却缺乏主动获取的精神；强烈的科技需求和狭窄的科技获取渠道矛盾突出；掌握和应用科技的能力不强等。传统的教育和思想理念、农村科技推广、收入等是影响农民科技素质的主要因素。大力发展农村经济，完善农民科技教育培训和农村科技推广体系、加大扶持力度是提高农民科技素质的必要措施。

Research on Status and Improving Countermeasures to Farmers' Quality of Science and Technology in Qingdao

The degree of farmers＇ quality determines the development of building a new countryside. Farmers＇ quality of science and technology in Qingdao is not good in general. To be specific, most of the farmers have some knowledge of science and technology but they are not professional ; despite awareness of impact of science and technology, they lack initiative to acquire knowledge ; contradictions between strong desire for science and technology and narrow channel to acquire them become more and more obvious and finally they show weakness in mastering and applying technology, etc. Traditional education and ideology, extension of rural technology and income are the main influencing factors. To improve farmers＇ quality of science and technology, developing rural economy, improving training in scientific and technological education and extension system of science and technology and increasing efforts to support rural areas are necessary measures.
