| 摘 要： | 随着当代人类学等学科的发展 ,摩尔根在19世纪末期提出的氏族、部落、部落联盟和国家等理论无不呈现出极大的历史局限性。它们体现在 :1、氏族并非产生于“血缘家庭” ;2、部落并非是个严格的血缘组织 ;3、部落联盟并没有普遍意义 ;4、希腊并非早期国家的典型。澄清摩尔根理论的错误影响 ,使马克思主义国家起源理论建立在更加科学的基础上 ,是我们急需完成的任务。

| Abstract: | By the end of the nineteenth century,Morgan pr op osed a classic evolutionary pattern of primitive society.However,Morgan's patter n has been proven to be erroneous by the new achievements of ethnology today.Fi rst,clans did not evolve from Blood Family.Second,tribes were not the organizati on of blood relationship.Third,tribe leagues were not of universal significance. Finally,Greek was not the typical early State.Today we should eliminate Morgan's error,and prove the Marxism's theory of the states' origination by the new achi evement of modern anthropology. |
