Rapid development of E-commerce pushes forward economic growth, meanwhile it also challenges traditional legislation. Current laws in our country has many defects,and should be adjusted to meet the curent needs. The paper expounds the following subjects: the overall legislation concerning E-Commerce, the making up of legislation's flaws in the electronic contract and payment of E-Commerce, the rights of privacy in internet,legislation about the jurisdiction of E-Commerce and the crimes of E-Commerce.
