| Abstract: | The theory sources,basic concepts,the quality of personnel,institution setting and working model in American university student affairs have distinct characteristics.It is therefore of positive significance to enhance the sense of mission of university student affairs and make the work more scientific and systematic by learning from the successful experience of American higher education.In addition,it can help us establish the unique working model with Chinese characteristics. |
