确立人才资源开发“不拘一格”的大人才观

摘    要:树立“大人才观”是山西在人才资源开发工作中发现人才、培养人才、选拔人才、用好人才、聚集人才的前提,也是搞好山西人才资源开发工作的大原则。为此,必须做到:1.开阔视野,敢于破除旧的思维定势和习惯,树立面向未来的“大人才观”,不拘一格选用人才;2.面向市场,确立“有作为就有地位,有贡献就有价值”的人才选拔机制,推动各类人才脱颖而出。

Abstract:To establish "the macro-concept of talented people" is the prerequisite for Shanxi to find talented people,train them,select them,put them to good use and get them gathered up,and it is also a major principle for better tapping intellectual resources of Shanxi.On this account,we should do as follows:firstly,broaden our vision,be courageous enough to do away with old thinking pattern and habit,set up future-oriented "macro-concept of talented people" and be not confined to one form in the selection of talented people;secondly,be market-oriented,set up the mechanism of selecting talented people according to the principle "whoever makes achievement and contribution deserves high caliber and admiration" so as to encourage talented people of all kinds to come to the fore.
