确立人才资源开发“不拘一格”的大人才观

树立“大人才观”是山西在人才资源开发工作中发现人才、培养人才、选拔人才、用好人才、聚集人才的前提,也是搞好山西人才资源开发工作的大原则。为此,必须做到:1.开阔视野,敢于破除旧的思维定势和习惯,树立面向未来的“大人才观”,不拘一格选用人才;2.面向市场,确立“有作为就有地位,有贡献就有价值”的人才选拔机制,推动各类人才脱颖而出。
