| 摘 要： | 新时期,干群利益矛盾在干群矛盾中逐渐突显出来,对干群关系产生着深刻的影响。干群利益矛盾的表现是多方面的,具有复杂性、突出性、非对抗性、隐蔽性、成因多重性等特点。解决干群利益矛盾要从发展生产力、加快民主政治的建设进程、加强思想政治教育工作等方面来着手。

| Abstract: | During the new period,interest contradiction is a main aspect of contradiction between cadres and masses.It has sharp influence on the relationship between cadres and masses.Its'embodyment is multi-fact.It has many traits,such as complexity,standing out,non-opposability,concealment,and many causes of formations.Lots of efforts can be done to resolve this problem by developing productivity,boosting the process of democracy,strengthening the work of ideology and political education. |
