| 摘 要： | 串叶草切花于自来水中保鲜寿命为4天.对柠檬酸反应最好,其中45—100mg/L柠檬酸浓度最好,保鲜期可达12天.蔗糖浓度1.5%—8%9个处理中,低浓度者花材无褐斑出现,但花头易垂,而高浓度者花材出现褐斑于苍片叶尖,但花头不弯垂.10—20mg/L的2,4—D、NAA,10—30mg/L GA3,100mg/L Ag-No3,500mg/L STS均对花材具有较好保鲜效果.

| Abstract: | Silghium perfoliatml is cut and spends the life-span of keeping fresh in the running water as 4 days.Best,among them 45-100 mg/L citric acid density best,keep fresh issue can up to one day to citric acid response.Cane sugar density of the 1.5%-8% 9 treatment,low density person spend material have foxiness appear,fresh idea is easy to hang down,and high density person spend material appear foxiness on dark green stretches of apex,fresh idea curved to hang down.10-20mg/L2,4-D,NAA,10-30 mg/L GA3,100 mg/L AgNo3,500 mg/L STS have better result of keeping fresh to the material |
