| Abstract: | There is some equality in the relationship extended to the lord and the officials in Tang times. The gallantry in the relationship between the lord and people shows the lords' tolerance of the businessmen, soldiers and some corrupt officials and the ordinary people, and harmony is given highly attention to the relationship between the lord and his officials. There is some gallantry in the family. The presentation of gallantry cannot be separated from the expecting view of contemporary writers and their followers in the course of choosing and processing, which indicates a healthy and progressive time spirit. |
