传统农区农民土地制度选择偏好的分析

农民对土地制度的选择偏好，将直接影响农民在土地制度形成和变迁中的“谈判”行为。该文作者通过在陕西眉县传统农业地区进行农民心态调查，获得原始数据，利用正交选优方法，得到年龄、性别、人均土地、人均收入和区位等社会经济因素对农民土地制度选择偏好的影响程度。方差分析结果表明：人均收入、年龄和人均土地数对土地制度选择偏好影响特别显著；教育程度有一定影响；区位和性别无影响。最后，作者对调查与分析结果做出了经济学解释。

Factors Influencing Farmers Preferences for Rural Land Institution in Traditional Agricultural Regions

Farmers' preferences for rural land institutions have a direct effect on their negotiation behavior in the process of rural land institutional formation and development.In this study,using the data from an inquiry to the farmers in a traditional agricultural region,the authors have accurately calculated the influential rate of the main social and economic factors,such as age,sex,arable land and income per capita,and the location of the land,by means of orthogonal select.The ANOVA of the orthogonal experiment concludes that arable land and income per capita and age have a significant effect on the result,educational level has a certain effect,while land location and sex have no effect.The writers interpret the inquiry conclusion from an economic perspective.
