| 摘 要： | 农村基础教育质量的提升面临着一系列的挑战。资源短缺，经费困难；政策偏离，执行不力；文化缺失，家教缺位；观念守旧，内驱力不足。应从经费投入、教师队伍建设、政策倾斜、农村文化重建、学校自身发展等方面着手，为农村基础教育质量提升提供条件。
