| Abstract: | The ethnic areas not only devotes major efforts to developing economy of cities and towns and enhances the rate of employment,but also strengthens the basic and ecological construction of cities and towns,and perfects the function of the public service and community service of cities and towns in the course of urbanization,and creates a sound housing environment. |
