大批量生产单分散碳纳米棒(英文)

摘    要:碳纳米棒在光电器件和显微探针方面有重要应用前景。本文采用化学气相沉积法制备了碳纳米棒。用TEM ,XRD 和拉曼光谱对产物进行检测,发现所制备的碳纳米棒是缺陷很少的石墨结构,直径 50nm 左右,长度在200-800nm 。用该方法可以大批量生产单分散的碳纳米棒,有望应用于工业生产。同时对碳纳米棒的形成机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:Carbon nanorods were successfully prepared by chemical vapor deposition method using Cr/Fe/MgO as catalyst. The as-prepared products were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, powder X-ray diffraction and laser confocal Raman spectroscopy. The results showed that the products are nanorods in graphite structure with few defects. The diameter of the rods is about 50nm and the length is in the range of 200-800 nm. Formation mechanism of carbon nanorods is also discussed.
