重庆新型城镇化路径选择影响因素的实证分析

运用主成分回归分析方法,对重庆新型城镇化路径选择的主要影响因素进行实证检验和判断。研究表明,产业提升和充分稳定的非农产业就业机会是重要条件与保障;经济发展、城乡居民收入差距、劳动力素质和城乡基础设施具有重要意义,但在一定程度上可能成为阻碍因素;城乡分离的户籍制度、就业政策、市场体制以及经济社会失衡发展等已经成为重要屏障。

An Empirical Analysis of the Factors in the Route Choice of New Urbanization in Chongqing

Through the principal componential regression analysis,this paper carries out an empirical analysis of the major factors of the route choice of New Urbanization in Chongqing.The research indicates that industrial promotion and a fully stable non-agricultural production employment opportunity are the important condition and the safeguard.In addition,economic development,the income gap between urban and rural residents,the quality of labor and urban-rural infrastructure are also important.However,the separation of urban-rural household registration systems,employment policies,market institutions and economic and social imbalances have become important barriers.
