知识经济时代学报人才的开发与管理

摘    要:学报的发展要适应知识经济时代的要求,编辑人员的素质是关键。对于学报内人才的开发和管理,要遵循现代人力资源管理的一系列原则,以人为本。对于学报内人才要量才而用,适时而用,知人善任;要阶段性地进行目标培训,开发人才潜能;对于人才的使用要系统考虑,重视群体互补,建立合理能级体系;还要优化人力生态环境,营造一个最适合人才发展的良好氛围。

Abstract:To live up to the requests of knowledge-based economy age, the quality of editors is essential to the development of journals of universities/colleges. The exploration and management of trained personnel for journals should be in accordance with series of principles of modern human resources management. Personnel must be carefully appraised and properly placed according to their qualities. In-service special trainings should be carried out regularly to explore potentialities of personnel. When deploy personnel, we should consider it systematically and establish a scientific system of quality levels, at the same time, optimize the human resources environment and create the kind of conditions whereby they can fully develop their abilities.
