The Exploration and Management of Talents for Journals in the Era of Knowledge-based Economy

To live up to the requests of knowledge-based economy age, the quality of editors is essential to the development of journals of universities/colleges. The exploration and management of trained personnel for journals should be in accordance with series of principles of modern human resources management. Personnel must be carefully appraised and properly placed according to their qualities. In-service special trainings should be carried out regularly to explore potentialities of personnel. When deploy personnel, we should consider it systematically and establish a scientific system of quality levels, at the same time, optimize the human resources environment and create the kind of conditions whereby they can fully develop their abilities.
