The Influence of Mass Media on Ideological Education of College Students and Its Countermeasures

Modern society is a new era with highly developed media.Mass media has the role of "Double Edge Sword",that is,it has positive as well as negative influence on the ideological education of college students.With the challenge of such influence,the correspondent system,that is,the combined efforts of government,college and university,family and college students,should be established to properly deal with such influence.A variety of measures must be taken to strengthen and improve the ideological education,stress actual results and emphasize current effectiveness by rushing for favorable influence and avoiding the negative influence,and channeling the action according to the current social development.
