| Abstract: | This paper sets forth the basic ideas of the constructi on of digita l libraries in merged universities: the core of the construction is the develop ment of digital information resources,while the key to it consists in the const ruction of a well-appointed internet. The paper also points out several noticeable points abo ut the construction of digital libraries at the present stage of development. |
