| 摘 要： | 由于对投资环境的认识和适应出现偏差，加之文化背景、国情差异、政策调整以及自身经营战略的失误，青岛韩资中小企业不可避免地面临各种困难和问题。认真分析产生问题的根源，找出解决问题的对策，是青岛韩资中小企业的当务之急。瞄准中国的内需市场，不断提高自己的品牌形象，及时调整自身的经营战略，进行技术创新和本土化的努力，借鉴以前进入青岛市场的企业经验，都是解决青岛韩资中小企业问题的有效方案。

| Abstract: | The small and medium sized Korean enterprises in Qingdao are confronted with difficulties and problems because of the cultural and national differences as well as their misunderstanding and bad adaptation to Qingdao＇ s investment environment. Under such circumstances, it is urgent for Korean investors to adjust business strategies promptly and carry on the technological innovation. Therefore, Korean enterprises should aim at the comparably long-term Chinese kernel market and enhance their products to actively adapt to investment environment in Qingdao. |
