摘    要:我国大多数旅行社的经营处于低价竞争的状况。旅行社低价竞争,导致提供劣质服务,形成了恶性循环,使得游客的投诉居高不下,对旅行社行业的满意程度大幅降低,严重阻碍了我国旅游业的发展。文中从服务产品的特点入手,分析旅行社低价竞争状况的原因,并引入服务创新的理念,提出了针对性强的改进建议。

Abstract:Most travel agencies in China are now in a situation of low-price competition,which makes the agencies provide bad service and forms a vicious circle.Travelers often complain and their satisfaction is decreasing.These phenomena hamper the development of Chinese tourism greatly.The text analyzes the causes for the low-price competition from the characteristics of service products and offers solutions based on service innovation.
