| 摘 要： | 大球运动队科学管理的要素包括规范管理、目标管理、训练管理、比赛管理、日常管理几方面,这几个要素的综合作用构成大球运动队科学管理的主要内容。管理者在各层次管理中发挥不同层次的作用,教练员在团队管理中发挥最为核心的作用,其成员凝聚的程度是科学管理在球队发挥整体效应的标志。

| Abstract: | The scientific management of basketball,football,and volleyball training teams mainly includes such elements as standard management,target management,training management,match management,and daily management,whose functions make up its components.The administrators play their corresponding roles at the different levels,with the coaches playing the most fundamental one in the group team management.To what extent the members of the coaching team are united indicates how the scientific management plays an overall effect on the team. |
