| Abstract: | The theory of running the country by law and by virtue learns and absorbs the traditional quintessence of the ruling practices by law and by virtue of different countries in the world of all times. Running the country by law and by virtue is interdependent and complementary to each other with a dialectical relationship. We should combine both of them closely to make full use of them so as to build PRC into a rich, free and civilized modern country step by step. |
