| Abstract: | "The principle of taking people as fundamentals" is a governing ideology which has been advocated by the Communist Party of China in the new age. This article exams the basis of theory and the fundamental of reality for the governing ideology of "The principle of taking people as fundamentals". It reveals the connotation of the Time, illustrates the establishment and insisting on the governing ideology of "The principle of taking people as fundamentals" is far more important to the industry of socialist modernization and the healthy development of our country. |
