新生入学阶段的大学英语衔接教学

摘    要:许多大一新生入学后,无法尽快地适应新的学习环境,出现跟不上教学进度,无法自主学习等情况,到高年级时认为什么都没有学到、通过四级靠的是中学的底子等非积极状态。在大一新生入学后的第一个学期更多的教学投入可以帮助学生更快更有效地过渡到大学英语自主学习。衔接性的教学内容渗透进大学英语教学中,可以让学生全面了解大学英语教学的实质,从而及时有效地改变观念,调整策略,积极学习。

Abstract:Many freshmen find it difficult to adjust themselves to campus environment and to follow college teaching programs,let alone selfstudy.Therefore,little is acquired in English for junior and senior students.Their little store of English knowledge acquired in high school makes it possible for them to succeed in passing CET 4.Consequently,efforts in English teaching in the first semester are of great importance for them to develop the habit of self-study.Cohesive teaching of college English enables students to have a general view of college English and to learn English actively and successfully.
