| 摘 要： | 齐白石文化资源整合开发构想可概括为“两大举措一条链”:举措之一是创设齐白石艺术奖;举措之二是举办国际齐白石文化艺术节;一条链则是由齐白石艺术奖和齐白石艺术节的成功经营而形成的一条以齐白石文化资源为中心的文化产业链。对于以湘潭为组成部分的长株潭生态圈的现代化建设而言,这一构想不仅具有良好的现实可行性,更是时代赐予我们的历史机遇。

| Abstract: | The idea of integrating and developing Qi Baishi's cultural resources can be generalized as "two countermeasures and one chain".The so-called "two countermeasures" refer to setting up Qi Baishi Art Award and running international culture & art festival,while the "one chain" to the cultural industry chain centered on Qi Baishi's cultural resources by setting up Qi Baishi Art Award and successfully running Qi Baishi art festival.For the modernization construction of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan ecological circle,this idea is of good actual feasibility.It is also a historical chance offered to us by the times. |
