摘    要:政治路线确定之后,干部是决定因素。形成正确的用人导向,引导各级领导干部牢固树立科学发展观和正确政绩观,关键是要建立起体现科学发展观的干部考核评价体系。因此,要坚持以人为本、统筹兼顾、注重实绩、以考促建等原则,建立起科学、有效、规范的干部考核评价体系。

Abstract:After certain political route, the staff is a decide factor. The key to formate exactitude person direction and lead to all levels staff to set up the concept of scientific development and right achievement view firmly is to build up staff evaluate system reflecting the concept of scientific development. So we must insist to principle of people oriented, making overall plans and take all factors into consideration, pay attention to an actual achievement, with test to establish, and set up scientific and effective and norms staff evaluate system.
