中国女子竞技体操发展之突破口探析——以2009—2012年奥运周期体操四大赛事为例

通过文献资料法、录像观察法和数理统计法等方法,对中国、美国、俄罗斯、罗马尼亚4国女子体操队在2009—2012年奥运周期四大赛事中的实力进行了比较分析.研究表明:在女子体操项目上,美国处于霸主地位,俄罗斯、罗马尼亚成为中国有力的竞争对手;4个单项均衡发展是增强总体实力的基础条件,稳定发挥是获得奖牌的保障条件;培养尽可能多的顶尖级全能型的运动员是提高团体比赛成绩、使个人全能进入第一集团的重要突破点;全面发展,不放弃任何一个项目,尤其是在跳马项目上实现零的突破,是体操项目可持续发展、再铸辉煌的必由之路.

The Breakthrough Analysis of the Development of the Chinese Women＇s Athletic Gymnastics

Literature review, video analysis and statistics methods are employed in this paper to make a comparative analysis of the women＇s gymnastics strength in China, the United States, Russia, and Romania. The resuits showed that： the dominant is the United States, Russia and Romania have become China＇ s new rivals; a balanced development of four individual events is to enhance the overall strength of the basic conditions, stability is the guarantee of medal advantages; To cultivate as many top all-round athletes is the important breakthrough to enter the first group of the team. To achieve ＂zero＂ breakthrough on vault is the only way for sustainable development to create brilliance of gymnastics.
