| 摘 要： | 发展的内在地蕴含价值的规定性在西方中心主义的发展话语主导下,发展主义的片面价值诉求一度甚嚣尘上。在批判发展主义的发展价值的基础上,近年来,尊重、自由、公正、以人为本等更为全面、深层的价值诉求开始走向发展领域的中心,引领发展价值定位与发展实践。

| Abstract: | Development intrinsically contains the value implication.However,under the guidance of the western-centralism development discourse,the value appeal of dovelopmentalism once makes a great clamor.On the basis of criticizing dovelopmentalism vaule,those more comprehensive and thought-provoking value,such as respect,freedom, justice and people oriented,began to march toward the center of development area in recent years.These value appeals lead to the development value orientation and development practice. |
