| 摘 要： | 本文分析了财政与金融两大宏观因素对西藏经济发展所起的作用。认为西藏财政对西藏经济发展和社会的促进作用是直接的和明显的,但金融作为宏观经济因素之一对西藏经济发展和社会进步也发挥了不可替代的作用,传统“的强财政,弱金融”的命题无疑有商榷之处。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the role played by finance on the development of Tibetan economy.It holds that promoting effect which Tibetan finance exerts on Tibet's economic development and society is direct and visible,but as one of the macroeconomic factors,finance played an irreplaceable role on Tibetan economic development and social progress.The traditional "strengthen finance and weaken banking" notion is questionable. |
