论环境法学研究的当代任务

“环境问题”作为当前社会“时代问题”的“征候”，与当代人的生活样法紧密相关，并促使人们思考人类在其本质力量增长过程中对其自身存在知觉的历史逻辑。因此，环境法学研究势必要建立在对人类生活本质施以关怀的基础上，才能获得根本发展。因此，当前环境法学研究的重要意义在于：一方面将环境科学和法律科学贯通糅合起来，促使社会生活保持法律规范所意欲的谨慎与矜持；另一方面，通过无可回避的知觉张力，促使人类警醒于生活的惯性，并为既有时代提供自我超越的契机。

On Contemporary Task of Environment Law Studies

The development of environment law does not result from certain consciousness. According to historic experience, the potential great clash is inevitable once the compulsory norm system represented by law is set up. Today, law system including environment, resources and even ecosystem means that the existing situation urges human beings to think about their living condition.
