高校科研合作对论文产出质量的影响——基于国家重点实验室分析

摘    要:考察科研合作对于论文产出质量的关系,可以为探索科研合作的有效形式和提升科研产出质量、推进高校科研平台合作创新提供支撑。基于2005-2014年高校生命科学国家重点实验室论文数据,针对合作作者规模、合作机构规模、国际合作水平、国家科研实力、国家重点实验室合作和学科融合度6个解释变量对因变量期刊影响因子和被引频次分别构建回归模型。研究表明:合作作者规模、国际合作、国家科研实力以及与国家重点实验室之间合作是提升论文发表期刊水平的重要因素;合作作者规模、国家科研实力的总值以及国家重点实验室之间合作有助于提升论文的被引频次;学科融合度增加在一定范围内确实可以提高论文的质量,但当学科融合度超过拐点后,学科融合度的增加反倒会抑制或削弱论文的质量。

Abstract:Exploring the relationship between science collaboration and quality of output in research and science is beneficial to enhance the quality and efficiency of research collaboration and then to support the collaboration innovation in colleges and universities. Based on the SCI papers published by the researchers from the State Key Laboratories of life science from 2005 to 2014, six factors(co-author collaboration scale, organization scale, international collaboration, national scientific research, collaboration between the State Key Laboratories and subject integration) are used to separately build regression model on the journal impact factor and times cited to study the influence on the quality of the output. The results show that:co-author collaboration scale, international collaborations, national scientific research and collaboration between the State Key Laboratories have positive impacts on publishing papers in high impact factor journals; co-author collaboration scale, collaboration with strong scientific capacity countries and collaboration between the State Key Laboratories can increase times cited; Integration level within a certain range can improve the paper quality, otherwise the negative effects may produce.
