| 摘 要： | 对企业成长阶段理论进行了回顾总结,对现有研究进行了比较;评价了其中的贡献和不足,介绍了企业成长影响因素的构成。指出企业成长呈现动态的阶段性特征,影响成长的内、外部因素在不同成长阶段具有不同的影响力。

| Abstract: | This essay firstly makes a literature review of the theory of the development stages of enterprises and conducts a comparative analysis of existing researches followed by an objective evaluation of their contributions as well as deficiencies.It then presents the constitution of some factors influencing the development of business enterprises.Finally,this essay points out that enterprise development presents a dynamic characteristics of the stage and discusses the different effects of internal-and external-factors on each stage of enterprises development. |
