| 摘 要： | 微博因为短小的篇幅和低门槛的实时信息发布，微博让普通受众的话语权得到了“张扬”，极大地解放了公民的话语权，代表了一种全新的个人表达方式。微博赋予公民更多的话语权，拓展了公民话语空间。分析微博与公民话语权之间的关系，探讨微博带来公民话语权的回归，以及由此引发的一些问题。

| Abstract: | Microblogging publicizes the ordinary people’s the right to speak due to its release of short length and low-threshold real-time information,which liberates citizen’s right to speak on behalf of a new type of personal expression.Microblogging entitles citizens to more freedom of speech,expands the space for civic discourse.The paper analyzes the relationship between the microblogging and citizens’ right to speak,explores the return of citizens’ right to speak brought about by microblogging and the problems arising therefrom. |
