传统主食战略地位和发展研究

摘    要:在给出主食的一般定义基础上,分析了传统主食的战略地位和重要意义。结合实例阐述了主食的区域化特点。介绍了世界主要国家特别是日本主食产业化的历史和成功经验,分析了我国传统膳食结构的优势和主食工业化的历史,提出我国推进主食产业化的建议。

Abstract:Based on the general definition of staple food,the paper analyzes the strategic position and importance of the traditional staple food and elaborates the regionalized features of staple food in combination with some instances.Then it introduces the history and successful experience of the world’s major countries,especially Japan,in staple food industrialization,analyzes the advantages of the traditional Chinese dietary pattern and the history of the staple food industrialization and make recommendations to promote the staple food industrialization in China.
