| Abstract: | The origin of "pragmatic translation" and status quo are explored while a preliminary explanation and analysis to this concept are provided,in order to demonstrate the necessity of applying pragmatic theories in translation and the appropriateness of constructing the subject "pragmatic translation".In this way,it is expected to make translators pay much more attention to the functions of pragmatics in translation,thus contributing to the construction of "pragmatic translation". |
