| Abstract: | To do a good job in a university,a university teacher in charge of a class should adopt hands-on approach,i.e.equip the class with a good class cadre,attach great importance to the learning atmosphere of the class,build files for poor students and deal with the affairs in the class with love,the public spirit,attentiveness,patience and tolerance. |
