| 摘 要： | 分析了SCP范式和组织理论在农产品加工业的应用情况,认为国内外关于SCP范式在农产品加工产业中的应用的文献,对农产品加工产业S、C、P之间关系的研究较少,对市场绩效的实证分析不够;国内外关于组织理论在农产品加工产业中的应用的文献,对农产品加工产业组织优化的研究方法雷同,创新太少。提出了基于SCP范式的农产品加工产业组织研究的拓展方向。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the application of the SCP paradigm and organization theory in in agricultural product processing industry.It believes that there are little literature about the use of the SCP paradigm in agricultural product processing industry and little research has been conducted into the relationship between S,C,P in the agro-processing industry and there is even inadequate empirical analysis of market performance home and abroad.Of the literature of the use of organization theory in the agro-processing industry,the methods of research on optimizing the agro-processing industrial organization are identical with very little innovation.The paper puts forward the orientation of expansion for the research on agro-processing industrial organization based on the SCP Paradigm. |
