高校道德建设的教育应对策略

摘    要:学校教育是道德教育的重要阵地,加强高校道德建设需充分发挥高校教育的作用,文章就如何发挥教育在加强高校道德建设中的重要作用进行探讨,提出具体的应对策略,即通过生命观教育、爱心及责任感的培养对学生进行做人教育;通过加强实践、正确认识现实对大学生进行理想教育;通过给以适当的奖励、适度的诱惑、适时的引导培养学生的道德情感。将道德认知的灌输与道德情感的培养相结合,使学生形成符合社会期望的道德观,做到知行统一。

Abstract:the school education is an important position of moral education,strengthen the moral construction in universities and colleges should make full use of the role of college education,this paper discusses how to play the education in strengthening the moral construction in the important role to carry on the discussion,put forward specific coping strategies:the view of life education,caring and responsible training on students’ life education;by strengthening the practice,the correct understanding of the reality of College Students’ ideal education;through the given appropriate incentives,moderate temptation,timely guidance to cultivate students’ moral emotion.The cognitive moral inculcation and cultivation of moral sentiments combined,make students form the agree with the social expectation of moral values,to achieve the unity of knowledge and practice.
