| 摘 要： | 海洋经济载体具有涉海性、多样性和承载性等特征.江苏海洋经济载体建设相对其他发达的沿海省市还有较大的差距,江苏在进一步推进海洋经济发展过程中,要紧抓港口、港城、园区及沿海城镇、各类要素平台等载体建设,采取灵活多样的发展模式,使海洋经济发展成为江苏经济飞速发展的新引擎.

| Abstract: | Marine economic carrier features marine, variety and capacity. The cultivation of marine economic carrier of Jiangsu is still less developed as compared with other coastal provinces. In the development of our marine economy, we should adopt various modes to upgrade the cultivation of the carriers of port, city, industrial park, coastal town, element platforms, and make marine economy a new boost for Jiangsu economy. |
