| 摘 要： | 创业作为推动经济增长和社会发展的重要载体，在经济发展到一定程度越来越表现出活跃的一面。国内外对创业的研究，从研究方法上看，主要集中在案例实证研究，普遍以思辨为主。目前国外学者对创业的研究视角趋于多样化，并形成较完善的理论体系；国内学者在该领域的研究尚处于介绍和引进阶段。本文通过对国内外创业理论研究成果的梳理，在创业概念、创业主体、创业环境、创业过程和创业障碍等方面．进行了归纳与概括，以期总结创业理论的研究现状和最新成果。
