| 摘 要： | 日本在反苏武装干涉失败后 ,为获取在西伯利亚东部的特权 ,与苏联签订了“基本条约”并正式建交。苏联为巩固社会主义制度与日本达成暂时妥协。 1931年“九·一八”事迹后 ,日本向“北满”侵略扩张 ,苏联则不断退让 ,甚至将中东铁路出卖给日本伪“满洲国”。

| Abstract: | After the failure in anti-Soviet armed intervention,Japan made the basic treaty and established diplomatic relations with Russia in order to gain the privileges in Siberia.Russia came to terms temporarily to consolidate socialistic system.After the September 18 event,Japan invaded into Beiman,while Russia conceded again and again,even sold out the Zhongdong Railway to Manzhou state which was the Japanses puppet. |
