彝族文化中的平等正义思想——一种基于黑格尔意识发展理论的分析

彝族是我国多民族大家庭中勤劳勇敢的一个民族，作为祖国大家庭中的一员，彝族人民和整个中华民族一样形成了以伦理精神为中心的文化传统。这种传统不仅表现在卷帙浩繁的彝文典籍中，而且深深积淀在彝族人民的心灵里。在彝族文化的整个伦理道德谱系中，平等正义成为人民的重要追求，无论是风俗习惯、宗教信仰、法律传统、典籍文献，还是传说故事、起义斗争，处处都刻印着平等正义的痕迹，以其独有的民族特色丰富着中华民族平等正义思想的宝库。彝族文化中这些丰富的平等正义思想，运用黑格尔意识发展理论分析，可以分为这样三个递进发展的阶段：即自然的平等正义思想、朴素的平等正义思想和实在的平等正义思想。
