蚁光炎先生思想探析

基于蚁光炎的社会活动 ,结合作者 (欧阳惠 )的亲历见闻 ,对活跃于上个世纪 30年代的泰国著名华侨领袖蚁光炎的思想发展 ,进行了较为系统、深入的探讨。文章认为 ,中华传统的伦理观念是蚁光炎乐于积善行德的思想基础 ;而中国文豪鲁迅的思想和泰华进步组织的影响 ,则使他的思想发生飞跃。从单纯的慈善家、爱国者变为英勇无畏的抗日侨领。文章还分析了蚁光炎的思想特征 ,指出其独立、超前的思想观念 ,实际上代表了当时中国政坛“第三势力”的重要组成部分———海外民族资产阶级的基本政治倾向。

An analysis of of Mr YI Guangyan's thought

Based on the social activities of Mr YI Guangyan in combination with the personal experiences of OUYANG Hui(the second author)who had seen with his own eyes or had heard with his own ears there about,this paper makes a comparatively systematic in depth investigation into the ideological development of Mr YI Guangyan the famous overseas Chinese leader who had been active at Thailand in the thirties of the twentieth century,and comes to the conclusion that traditional Chinese ethics forms YIs ideological bases for following a virtuous path,and the influences of the great Chinese writer LU Xun and of the Thai Chinese progressive organizations upon him had transformed him from a philanthropist into a courageous and dauntless overseas Chnese leader against Japanese invaders.Also,the paper points out that his independent idea and farsightedness actually represented the basic political trends of overseas Chinese national bourgeoisie-an important component of the third forces in Chinas political arena,and that this is a matter of course for him and his like to fit in with the special environment of long term overseas existence and development in a country of residence.
