旅游资源游憩价值评估研究综述

旅游资源的游憩价值评价是近年来国内外旅游资源学与旅游经济学研究领域的热点与难点,国外关于游憩价值的研究取得了一些成果,而我国对于游憩价值的研究起步较晚,并未形成自己的一套方法和理论,而且应用起来存在一定的局限性和偏差。从游憩价值评估的历史进程、研究方法、研究内容等方面对国内外的研究成果进行了梳理总结,得出我国关于游憩价值评估的研究缺乏理论创新、实用性不强、方法单一等不足。建议在今后的研究中能够考虑到这些因素,不断调整和改进,建立一套完整的适合我国国情的旅游资源游憩价值评价理论和方法体系。

A Research Overview of the Recreational Value Evaluation of Tourism Resources

With the rapid development of tourism industry, in recent years, economic vamauon o~ recreauotx,u tvtal~.l becomes a hot research topic and it is deemed as a difficult study area in the world. Foreign countries obtain some achievements on study of recreational value, relatively speaking, China has a short history in this study area, without our own a set of methods and theories and there are some limitations and biases in application. In this paper, we try to document the historical development, research methodology and research content. To sum up, our research is lack of creation and utility, as well as short of diversified method.We recommend that these factors should be taken into account, adjust and improve these assessment methods constantly and establish a whole set of evaluation theories and methods that suitable for our national conditions.
