| 摘 要： | 横向比较浙江省各兄弟城市,温州发展面临着"追兵渐近、标兵渐远"的态势。纵向比较温州小微企业面临企业生产信心不足,市场经营不景气、利润下降,企业成本上升压力大,科技储备意识不强、缺乏自主创新活力等困境。为更全面度量温州小微企业发展状况、准确把握温州小微企业发展态势,运用熵权法和灰色关联度实证小微企业发展指数,提出助推温州小微企业转型升级的一些政策建议。

| Abstract: | The developing state in Wenzhou was gradually caught up by other cities in Zhejiang. While in Wenzhou, Small micro enterprise was facing an uneasy scenario with low confidence in industry, stagnant commercial environment, decreasing profit, raising cost of manufacturing, low sense of technique preparation and lack of innovative spirits. In this essay, Entropy Weight Method and Grey Relational Analysis was used to investigate the current state and developing trend of those small micro enterprise in Wenzhou and to produce a developing index for the Small micro enterprise. Meanwhile, comments for policies helping small micro enterprise upgrade were provided. |
