基于八大经济区域的保险业区域发展差异分析

伴随着经济的快速发展，我国的保险业也进入高速发展阶段。但保险业区域发展不平衡的问题也越来越突出。本文以《地区协调发展的战略和政策报告》确立的“八大经济区域”为划分依据，利用全距和变异系数，从区域发展规模、发展速度和发展水平三个方面分析了八大经济区域保险业发展的差异性。总体而言，2003—2008年我国区域保险的差异性在不断扩大，但差异程度并没有异常变化；2009年以后其差异性趋于平稳。因此，应加强对保险业落后地区的政策支持，保险企业应根据不同地区经济发展的特点确立不同的目标市场，开发适合当地经济发展的险种。  

Analysis of Regional Differences in the Insurance Industry Development Based on "Eight Economic Region"

With the rapid economic development, the insurance industry has entered a rapid development stage. But the insurance industry encounters the unbalanced development problems in the different regions, which has become more and more serious. "Eight Economic Region" will be established on the basis of coordinate development strategies and the policy report. The range and the coefficient of variation, differences of the "Eight Economic Region" in the development of the insurance industry are analyzed from the size of regional development, growth rate and development level. Generally, the differences of China's regional insurance are expanding during the 2003-2008. However, degree of difference does not emerge no-abnormal-changes, its differences show steady after 2009. Therefore, we should strengthen policy support for the insurance industry in backward areas. Insurance companies should be based on the characteristics of economic development in different areas, establish different target markets and develop types of insurance for local economic development.
