我国媒体业进入资本市场的障碍和应对策略

摘    要:在市场化和全球化两大基础语境中,我国媒体业和资本市场的结合是不可阻挡的必然趋势。“入关”后的媒体业迫切需要借助资本的力量实现跳跃式发展,资本市场亦将媒体业视为其最佳投资领域之一。但在当下情境中,“供”、“需”双方难以成市,我国媒体业在进入资本市场的道路上面临的主要障碍是政策性壁垒和法律的“失语”。为改变这种尴尬状态,实现媒体业和资本的双赢,我们必须进行制度创新,完善相关的法律体系,深化新闻体制改革,同时根据我国的国情,确立媒体业进入资本市场的刚性原则、灵活方法和具体步骤等一系列策略。

Abstract:In the dual contexts of market economy and globalization, mass media in China will inevitably integrate itself with the capital market. After the entry into WTO, mass media in Chian should be ready to get the strong support from capital, and at the same time the former is one of the most profitable fields for capital investment. But the policy barrier and the lack of the related law system could be the obstacles of the integration of mass media and capital market in China. It is indispensable to the purpose of taking some measures to deal with the awkward situation such as structural reforms, new entry terms and flexible tactics.
